In 2019, just prior to the beginning of the covid epidemic, I became very frustrated with the challenges my 81 year old mother was experiencing simply trying to set up a doctor’s appointment and getting help with her prescriptions. She had both been a part of the original Medicare program as well as a member of a Medicare Advantage program, both of which have so much to be desired in the Quality Medical Care eco system.

Fed up, I decided to ‘build a better mousetrap’ and utilizing my extensive experience in the medical industry specifically related to process development and program execution, create a Care Management Company who caters to helping Seniors not only gain practical access to receiving the care they are entitled to, but to also help these same seniors identify the importance of dealing with their chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes and establish goals and solutions to help improve their conditions such as exercise and dietary routines. Once established, and where the ‘rubber meets the road’, is taking ACTION and implementing the activity necessary to make significant, positive change.
